I tested covid positive and can not get ahold of my doctor since they changed from Charleston family practice was on hold for 10 min and they was doing to send a message to them…this is a joke and will be finding another doctor.

I've had good experiences with Dr. Johnston. However, the telephone system and/or getting someone to answer the phone is the worst I've seen. Today, 11/9/2021 the phone has been busy every time I try to call! Very frustrating

It is my experience that the staff can seem stressed at times but this shouldn’t deter anyone from seeking Dr. Johnston’s care. Dr. Robert Johnston has always been a shining example of what a doctor should be. He has been my doctor for several years now and has always offered me and my family the best of care. He considers every health issue that I bring to his attention to be important and isn’t afraid to admit when a second opinion or specialist visit might be needed. I plan to take advantage of his expert care indefinitely.
