The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, the wait time for a simple drug screen, way to long to be seen only issue almost a forty minute wait from checking in.

Walked in around 7:10pm, waited until 7:45pm to be taken to a room. (This place closes at 8pm) I only came for my son to get a sports physical, they do not accept insurance for that so I had to pay out of pocket $40! As of 8:30pm I am still here waiting. I normally never come here but it was the only place even open and my kid waited until last minute of course

My son had to be seen on Saturday 6/17 due to a fight with a water slide he did not do well with. He was ok, but very scared about needing stitches or staples. He was fine till someone mentioned stitches or staples. The nurse overheard us talking about Bass Pro and he mentioned he wanted a hat from there, and she had an extra one that she had just got. She made him the deal if he let them do the staples, she’d give him a hat and a popsicle, and he did it. The doctor and nurse were so patient with him when he was scared. Very short wait, we were in and out in maybe an hour. Super patient staff, amazing with my kiddo and family. Definitely made a rough situation better.

I would not recommend I was A first time patient I was prescribed meds and it did not work. So I tried to have them to prescribed another kind but they gave me A difficult time they are not willing to solve the problem . They just do not listen to my concerns about my health. The nurse said to me the meds work for some and not for others .They need to start listening to the patients it was A bad experience very frustrating .I will not go again
