David Humphreys's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately, I receved a tummy tuck from Dr. Humphreys. I ended up having to deal with Necrosis and dog ears on both sides. A lot of fat was left on the upper midrift and sides. My torso was left much shorter and they asked me if I wanted a belly button? Of course I wanted a human belly button! Unfortunately, I was left with a belly button 6in. from my pubic area! My pubic area was left very fleshy. With all of this, I asked for a revision. After dealing with Necrosis for 6mos. a year later I had the revision. No, nothing improved, it was actually worse except for the pubic area was somewhat better. I feel I was "Botched." I gave it 2 stars because Dr. Humphreys is a very nice and likable person.

My sister has been a patient at Dr Humphreys' office for many years. He failed to send her prescription to the pharmacy. She has been unable to get a call back from this office for 2 weeks. Extremely poor business practices!

I think that doc is a wonderful doctor he was a doctor from the time i i was a kids unril i was twenty one and moved somewhere else. He really helped me. People that are on here said the negative things just have nothing better to do. He was just straight forward and didn't sugar coat anything. Thats what made him one of the best doctors i have ever seen. IM actually trying to get an appointment now. So thanks to everyone who apoke the truth about the doctor hope all is well. Have was a patient of dr Humpreys for over 15yrs and will have to say that he is not a big fan of getting to know you're problems. Always kind and courteous but wants you in and out of his office ASAP. If you ever need a emergency apt or help after hours forget it that's not going to happen. They don't give the impression that they care about you after your out of the office.

I was in the hospital for severe depression and extremely nervousness and sundial thoughts . He listens and listens very well , it seemed like he knew exactly what to put me on and use some my suggestions . Very easy to talk to excellent bedside manner. I would love to see him on the outside at that time I tried but didn't take my insurance , now I have different maybe I'll be able to see him , he's the only Dr. That has helped me ever . Highly intelligent , great personality and care , has feelings for his patients . I know Dr Humphreys well I've been in ST.Marys about 8 times . I do good then get out see these other Dr. Then I go right back depressed . I highly recommend Dr. Humphreys , Good Dr. Defiantly one of the best .

Dr. Humphreys has been my doctor for years and he is almost always see me at the time of my appointment. He is caring and very personal and is always on top of my medical problems. Ellen Kinsey

Dr. Humphries is never on time, and always has a student with him. He has airy demeanor that makes him uncomfortable to be around. I was billed 2 years late for a counselor visit for $100, which I had to pay out of pocket because Dr.'s office didn't file with my insurance company on time.

I went to this doctor after a stay in River Park. My first visit in his office after being hospitalized, (3 days after being released) he told me I looked familiar. He had no clue that he had just seen me every day for an entire week, he had to sit there and read my file during my appointment to even know what I was seeing him for.

I really like this doctor however his bedside manner could be improved. He could also be a little bit more helpful, although he does genuinly care about his patients and is showing a great deal of compassion toward me after loosing my father.

Good personality, knowledgeable, and would trust him the most, as far as psychiatrists go (especially in Huntington, WV. At least he is a Christian.
