this place is the most horrible place that I have ever seen my loved one be at. The case manager Brandi was so rude to him and was giving out personal legal info and the nurses just treats him as a criminal. Spoke with a CEO and he was not very helpful. Do not bathe or feed paralyzed patients
I came across Mrs patience Adamson when she appeared as a guest on a Forex Podcast in USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with her straight forward approach and the principles of her trading strategy. My heart then told me to invest $3000 with her company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $32,000 after 7 days. Mrs patience adamson make this possible, do well and reach out to her for a secure investment too. The facility is older, and yes the rooms are small, but they makes up for it with a great team. It all starts with one of the best physicians you will find for your loved one. She treats your family like it is hers. The respiratory and physical therapy are amazing. They all communicate and work together, which is not common these days. I would highly recommend that you take your family member there if you need a LTAC unit.
I would like to say how thankful I am for all of the nursing staff on the select medical staff at the Saint Francis hospital on the third floor. They are always courteous and very kind. They always take time to answer all of our questions and when we call for an update on our patient that is currently under their care.
Sorry, wish I could give a zero. They remove any one that tells the truth. But that’s ok God sees everything. Please do not put your family member in here. Ruby memorial in Morgantown is the place to send them to.
Great hospital for the community. Staff provide the best care. Dr. Meeks Dr. Dibbs, Dr White, Dr. Fleming are amazing.
Nice hospital with great staff. I have the best therapy when I was there. The respiratory teams got my trak out and the speech therapist got me eating again. I hope to be going home this weekend.
Everyone here has been great. From the first day I was here to the last. Nurses and staff we always kind and pleasant. The rehab team and doctors made sure I was well and fit enough to be able to go home. If I could give 10 stars I would. I hope to be able to visit all my new friends someday soon. Your not supposed to miss the hospital, but I sure will miss this place and all their staff.
What a great little hospital. My room has a nice view as I could look outside. The whole medical team were very attentive. The rehab people got me back up and walking and I’m going home today in fact. Hip hip…..Horray!!
They’ve opened up visitation from 10-6 now which is so much better for my schedule. I mean I understand why the kept it locked down but yea!! I can see my sig other in person now rather than by that FaceTime thing. Kudos to all the staff there. You really stuck through hard times this year.
Ok here is my spill on this hospital. My dad has been in there care for several days now, and there has been some of the nurses that have been very good, and some that have been horrible. Depending on the nurse that takes care of your loved one, you will either get blown off and not updated on anything, got to pump them for information, or will give you proper information. This facility runs as a separate entity from Saint Francis Hospital, so information from blood work, testing, radiology, and any other things that may be done is greatly delayed, this is because they don't share the Thomas Health Care network. I do understand the circumstances that they face due to the COVID-19 stuff, but where you cant see you loved ones they are your only outlet to check on their care. We also had my dad's case manager that had called my brother (his MPA) and gave him information that was not even relevant to his current conditions.I have gave them a 2 star rating because not all the staff has been bad. We have had 2 real good nurses that has taken care of my dad, the rest has been so so at best.Update 03/09/2021We removed my dad from this places care. I still stand by my raiting. Not all the staff is bad, we had several nurses that was great, and several that wasn't. When calling for an update, good luck on getting information from them for the most part. They stay short handed, not enough nurses to monitor their patients, and where they are over whelmed the don't take the time to pull the chart and give you the information you need to hear about your loved one. If your loved one is in need of more than basic care this place is not recommended by our family.
This is a horrible place to place anyone. I truly believe they expect you to die and don’t really care.
Just being honest~~when I first came here a couple people seemed kinda rude, but the longer I was here the better it got. I’m up and walking far more than I ever have. The nurses now have been real good to me. The doc comes in and asks how I’m doing and I tell him and he says keep it up you are doing good. And I am going home today as soon as my family gets here. It would be a tough call, but just being honest, if the VA didn’t have a bed~~I’d come back here.
When I came here I was on a breathing machine and everything. Now I am not, I am walking and eating, and ready to go home. I even got to feel a real shower for the first time in months here and let me tell you it felt great! I mean everyone from the nurses to the therapists are great. They were good to me even when I wasn’t good to them. I am happy to say if I had to go through this again, I’d come back here. They do it right here!
If I could give this hospital a 0 I would! A nurse or CNA slapped my mom today. I would call the police if I thought it would do any good. My mom is being taken out of there today. We had already planned to take her home. I spoke to her around noon and she said “ I want to come home “ I said mom are they being good to you there? She said no the nurse or CNA slapped her. Please if you love your elderly parents DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY.
They don't call the family enough to update them about the loved one there and they act like you are a bother to them and most questions you ask the reply is I don't know I will ask or it is well didn't we talk to you the other day and don't return calls very well ether but they need to think of it this way the patient is their family and they would want to be informed more and they would want them taken care of the best they could as if they was family it's hard enough to have them there and not see them and then not get calls everyday to tell you how they are doing better or worse it's very hard and upsetting to me and then have to deal with that treatment so they need to think about that and be more professional return calls update family members and give better care to their patients I am planning on seeking legal advice and I wished I had never sent my family member there
Would not recommend this hospital facility for special care for your loved ones they're very unprofessional disc courteous very rude when you ask questions or ask them to return your calls to give you an update on family member going to seek legal advice and what I can do about the treatment of my loved one and they post to let you Facetime with your family member and they don't and then if you happen to get the chance to FaceTime with them they will let you look at the ceiling or the floor not your family member they do not want you to see what condition they're in and my loved one has went downhill since they've been there so very upsetting I would give it a zero if I could no stars
I'm stunned at the reviews. We are certainly not happy with Covid and not being able to visit my dad but staff has been very friendly and helpful. The only problem we have is not knowing what happened because when he was moved there from Thomas he was off ventilator, had been talking to us and was doing good. He came in at beginning of weekend and by Sunday night his lung was full and had to go back on ventilator. He has been on it now 8 days. Praying for tomorrow. Dr's have called within 24 hours when we asked to speak to one. Our biggest issue is just not being able to be there. I can't say bad things about staff.
I have nothing but great things about this hospital.😊The care that they've giving my daughter is out standing and the communication with the staff is outstanding. The staff keeps me updated on the care and the plans for my daughter true team players and I THANK EVERYONE THERE😊.CEO,HR (TINA P.),doctors, nurses, pct, respiratory ,dietary , housekeeping and the physical therapy team.Keep up the great work its all about helping ppl in need.May everyone who came in contact with my daughter be overtaken with blessings and the lady that prayed with her GOD GOT something GREAT for you.😊🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿.Love from South Carolina😊❤ Sincerely Monica
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I cant implore you enough before you put your loved one here go to see this place for yourself first! Watch the staff, hear the patients. I wish I would have.
