Dr. Tackett is very knowledgeable, great bedside manners! Always willing to listen to the patient and explains everything. He takes his time and listens! If he feels differently about what you are telling him, he will take the time to explain the reasons, test results and show you why he has arrived at his diagnosis. If he feels you need another opinion, he will get you an appointment and follow through until resolved.. Makes a big difference. Great Physician!

Dr. Tackett has been my 91 year old Stepfather's doctor for practically the duration of his practice. Now, my mother, sister, my wife, and myself are all patients. Doctor Tackett is a listener, and has never ever made any of us feel rushed. He believes (although he doesn't really on) in the power of the blood (labs), and the power of technology (scans) to assist him. My sister's case was complex. she couldn't get the right help from anybody until my stepfather convinced her to go see Dr Tackett. Today, we all have our health because of his commitment and his fabulous brain, unmatched in deduction and analysis. He also has a dedicated, cohesive team, from reception to skilled nursing. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this man, who is just as humble, mannerly easy-going, and professional as you'll find.
