He's very professional and thorough in his exam. I find him to be communicative, polite and pleasant. His staff is also very helpful and show a desire to find a good fit, both in varying lens types, contacts or frames, for your needs. I have been a patient for many years experiencing the same consistent results.

I have been going to Dr. Cox for a while, and he has been great. He's shown great care for me and my family. He is constantly patient and explains all options and issues without us feeling rushed. I highly recommend him for single or family appointments. I do suggest making your appointment in advance because his schedule will fill up.

Dr. Cox, himself, was ok, but cold and distant, though he did answer my questions. The office staff was very rude to me. I know I was decisive, but this is something that is going to be a part of my face for the next 2 years! - One girl rolled her eyes at me as I tried on frames! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is the first time I've visited Dr. Cox's office. My first impressions were all very good. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. And Dr. Cox himself was great. He was friendly, but definitely professional, understanding and knowledgeable. I'm glad to finally be able to say that I have a primary optometrist in the tri-state area. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful staff. Everyone was polite and personable. Dr. Cox is a great optometrist and cares about how you are taking care of your vision. Overall I would say this is the best place to go in the area!

Everyone was cheerful and very helpful. Patient and helpful as I couldn't make up my mind when selecting frames. Dr. Cox is personable and caring asked how the family was and asked about my job, I appreciated that. Explained all he was doing and answered all my questions and made suggestions that I wouldn't have thought to ask.
