If there were 100 stars, I would choose 100. Everyone was pleasant and interested, and we updated my account easily. Both nurse and doctor were efficient but not in a hurry. I live 25 miles from the nearest urgent care, and our community-at-large is served well by these folks. High praise for what they do. Thank them effusively the next time you need medical care.

From FL visiting WV when I got a sinus infection. I chose MedExpress in Elkins, WV. I was totally impressed with the staff and the care I received.

From the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was greeted with positive professionalism! Everyone was thorough and dedicated to finding out my needs and developing a plan of action to help me. I left with an appropriate prescription that was filled very quickly by Walgreens. A big thank you to the staff for making my visit special even though I wasn't feeling very good! God bless

I found the facility very convenient to my location and access to it. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable for a quick diagnose, which does make the visit a express type of care for quick in and out. Highly recommend.

Great scheduling options and professional staff. At intake Deb handled everything proficiently and promptly for my DOT Physical. Jeannie my nurse and Lynn Marsh the PA-C were thorough and skillfull in my history and exam. Professional and pleasant along the way. This was my 4th visit (1 illness, 3 Physicals) and highly recommend Med Express for your health care needs.

My daughters and I walked in at 7:15 p.m., we waited in line for 15 minutes behind one lady that was checking in. When it was my turn to check I walked up to the counter and was informed that if it wasn't an emergency we couldn't be seen. I asked why I wasn't informed while I'd been waiting for 15 minutes and the reception, very rudely, said I was helping someone else. There was also someone else waiting in line behind me. I understand not taking more patients. 45 minutes before you close if you're busy however, it would have taken 10 seconds to let those of us in line know so we didn't have to stand and wait with sick kids.

What wonderful staff! The receptionist was warm and helpful. Linda, the provider, was just wonderful! Warm as well as informative. I learned several new useful bits of information for handling our illnesses. We'll be back😊
