Dr Van Horn provides a very thorough eye exam. She is very professional. However, her front office staff is very lacking. It has taken over 8 weeks for me to receive my pair of glasses. I have called twice to check on them. I have gone in once and the prescription was incorrect and the glasses had to be returned. Another 4 weeks have gone by with no follow up on their part. I have called again and still no glasses!! They said they would call me back after they checked about my glasses , but I have yet to hear from them. Poor customer service.....

The only reason I am giving her a one star is because you have to add something. I took my mom in last year, at that time she stated that she had cataracts but they were not that bad. She then proceeded to sell her two pairs of glasses fir 300 dollars one of which she could not even see out of. We bring then back and are assured that these are the right glasses for her. After finally getting the referral for the cataract surgery she no longer needed both pairs of glasses. She then tried to retur
