I am self pay. For $200. I received the very least care i could get next to nothing. Though I said I was short of breath, there was no chest xray done, nothing was done. PA spent less than 5 minutes with me. Except to throw another $100. Of prescriptions my way. When I tried to ask her a question she cut me off and rudely said " I'm treating you for ...." I'm still sick.

I went to MedExpress and was in and out in 20 minutes they told me I had cellulitis in my hand and gave me two medicine to internal x-ray blood work really didn't do much for me and send me home with medicine and then an hour later I had to go to Martin Ferry hospital cuz I had was affection went up and caused me to have a sword my throat swollen and then I'll find out that it was a brown recluse the bit made my hands are so swollen and my white count was low and I'm almost on the verge of a heart attack the hospital said so MedExpress is not a good place to go for something like that and then I can see if it's something little minor but even things swollen is best to go to the emergency room because they seem like they don't know what they're doing and I was admitted in Martinsburg hospital for 3 Days on IV antibiotic and heart Mona machine and everything else so nothing I'm doing fine now thanks goodness to Martin Ferry they are excellent hospital and they have good workers there

I visited Med Express in Glen Dale, WV, on 5/29/23, Memorial Day, to get a Covid test. The facility is clean. The personnel were friendly & professional. I did not have long to wait, although they were fairly busy. I feel that I received a thorough check-up & the information I needed. I visited this facility in June, 2022, and felt the same way then about the facility & the care I received.

Everyone that works there was very friendly and helpful. I didn't wait too long. The specialist on duty was great. She sent in some prescriptions for me and they really helped.

There is a NP there that REALLY needs to work on her bed side manner! The way she treated my 10 year old daughter was down right sickening!! Rolling her eyes at my daughter was the least of it! We will not be returning to this place again! Such a shame to be treated the way we were!

Misdiagnosed and it cost me everyrhing. Scott is a nice guy but a danger to the public. Go to a real dr.
