After an hour and 45 minute wait after the appointment he spent 8 minutes with us.... that's Not ok. We spent more time with the paperwork than the dr. He seems knowledgeable and personable, but that wait time is apparently "normal" according to a receptionist-- plan with this in mind.

I was blessed to be referred to him. I Think he is great at Cataract surgery. Inow have 20 20 vision. I did have to wait a while but that was because he is very precise making sure that everything looked good.Cannot thank him enough.Appreciate having him as my dr.

Office staff were all friendly and professional. Dr. Lilly, however, was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't introduce himself to my relative (who was there for the exam) or myself. It's just common courtesy. Seemed more concerned with entering info in the computer than actually examining my relative. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Lilly is an exceptional opthamologist/surgeon. He treated me for cataract surgery. He was very professional and thorough in pre-surgery care. The surgery was amazingly by the book. I had no "issues" with my care nor surgery. His follow-up care is excellent. I was a little put off at my intitial visit (I waited an hour in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment. I learned since my 1st appt was the first one of the day, Dr. Lilly is not punctual arriving at the office in the morning.)

Dr Lilly is a very good surgeon. He explains procedures well. My biggest complaint is apparently he is overbooked. I do not normally will not wait any longer than an hr for any doctor. Dr. Lilly was 2 hrs behind (my appt was for 2:pm and I didn't see the doctor until 4:pm) Yes, his exams are very thorough but when scheduling, they should allow more time between appts. I will not return as a patient.
