Highly recommend Ron McGraw. He is a friendly and knowledgeable therapist. He explained to me how the therapy works and took his time explaining the process to me (it felt like I was talking to an old friend I hadn't seen in years). I never felt like I was part of assembly line to check a box. (Which often happens at doctors offices). A week after my therapy started, I contacted him to discuss some issues I was having and he talked to me about my results and how to adjust my humidity and mask. Very please with your company, and my therapist, Ron! Thank you so much!

Prior to being bought out by Dasco, the local company was amazing. When Dasco took over our experience was an immediate nightmare. My daughter ran out of oxygen. We called repeatedly and were given excuses with promises of getting her the correct high flow tank the same day. When they finally came 3 days later, they were the wrong tanks. I then contacted a different company to take her account. We have now been waiting a week for them to send her records to transfer out. I’ve called multiple times and gotten empty apologies and promises. If you don’t like watching your children or family suffer, I would advise using a different company.

When my equipment was delivered the gentleman was amazing showing me everything about my oxygen and CPAP machine. Ron McGraw was his name and he made the transition to my new routine extremely easy.

I picked up my CPAP equipment this past Tuesday. Ron McGraw meticulously instructed me and my husband on its use. He patiently answered our questions and made sure we knew how to run it, what to expect using it and who to contact if I had questions.
