0 stars horrible place. Front desk mofos are a joke. The dr's answering service is crap too. I called and the dr's answering service answered stating that the dr. was out of town and wouldn't be back until a week later. Good thing I called back the next day to double check because the front desk stated that the dr was back that day. Wth?? The front desk are crappy because they don't return your calls, they take lunch whenever and don't pick up the phone, they need to call you back to see if they can give u an appointment?? Why can't you check at the moment? The worst part is that I was scheduled for an appointment and the front desk had to find out why the dr wasn't there. The dr. shows up late- like almost an hour late! Wth?? This dr. acts like he knows everything w/ his pompous self-righteous attitude and demeanor. I would NOT trust him in regards to my health. Never again!!!

I don't have a problem with Dr. Lopez. It his staff. Due to my prior history of having anaphylaxis I've tried to get a prescription for an Epi-pen prior to getting the covid vaccine (yes, some people are getting anaphylaxis). And yes Im allergic to some foods/medications.And they give me the run around. They ask me why I need it(twice Ive had to explain it). Then they have the audacity to say the vaccine doesn't have walnuts!! Wtf.Then they tell me I need an appt. I say fine, then the story changes and say they'll call me back. Then they say they dont think the Dr can prescribe epi pens? So now they speak for the Doctor?? Its a circus and the staff are the clowns.

Dr. Lopez is the BEST! He has the best bed side manner I've ever seen. I work in a hospital so I know the extra effort he makes to make his patients feel comfortable. If I could I would go to him for all my medical needs. That is how amazing he is. He takes his time and explains things in a way everyone can understand. His staff is amazing as well, especially Teresa who has been with him for a very long time. This team is the model of what all practices should be like--excellence ALWAYS!

My family and I convinced my dad to leave Lopez. Best decision he made. His current doctor answers all his questions without getting a wise guy remark like Lopez. His bedside manners are horrible.

Very bad, I urge you to not go with this doctor for any procedure. His mistakes and poor work had to be corrected by another surgeon. The worst thing I've done in my life was trusting Dr Jorge Lopez. The whole thing was very time consuming, expensive and emotionally very hard.

I felt like his attitude was far too relaxed, not informative enough. I wasn’t happy with my BA and when I went back for a post op check up 6 months later, I was told to go to a cosmetic tattooist (at my own expense) to correct one of the problems. My other issue was brushed off completely. The type of procedure was completely wrong for me, but I trusted his advice. So disappointed 😞 Once you’ve paid, you’re just a number. All that money wasted because I have to save again for years to have it corrected elsewhere.

Best doctor I’ve ever had! Staff is awesome as well. Been going to him for 8 years now and have never encountered a problem. He’s very professional, detailed, and patient.

I had Gynecomastia surgery and was extremely disappointed with the results. Initial consultations always felt rushed and Dr had a lax attitude. When I woke in recovery following surgery I could feel a large lump still in my right breast and immediately knew he had not removed enough tissue. When I asked about this the Dr said "I always don't take enough". However this was later denied. A post-op corrective procedure was offered under local anaesthetic (for a further fee) but did not remove the large lump left after the initial surgery. Extremely disappointed with results and wasted money, wish I had done some research. I would not recommend this Dr.
