Dr. Impastato did an excellent job and my outcome was better than expected! She actually took the time to listen to my concerns and the visit was not rushed, answering all of my questions and making me feel confident in her.

Dr. Impastato (Kate) was amazing as part of the team that repaired and rebuilt my arm after being crushed by 32000 lbs. She kept me well informed of all the procedures I needed, which was many, and did an amazing job of the reconstruction...a flap taken from my leg to replace tissue lost to debridement, as well as skin grafts from my leg to my arm which took well and has not failed. After my release if I needed advice on care for my arm, she was there for myself and my wife. during my stay at the hospital she came in every morning to check on me and sometimes during the day. She helped make my catastrophic injury easier to handle. I would not hesitate one second to request her help again.
