Receptionist reschedules you and then day of, you get no call from dr. Then when you ask why, she says there was never an appointment. Cycle of this happening lasted 1 year and a half until I was informed my file was closed due to "no show." Justina is very unprofessional, rude, with no empathy. Dr. Khan rushes you and doesn't listen to what you have to say.

Dr Faisal Khan is the best Neurologist in Texas . He has taken excellent care of me . He has gone above and beyond to help me . He has great bedside manners and very professional. His Office Staff are very friendly and they were able to help me schedule appointments right away . They would call back right away and helped make sure that I got the best treatment . Mr Omar was also very helpful . I highly recommend Dr Faisal And his Team .

My first appointment with him lasted five minutes. I got an incorrect diagnosis and a powerful prescription. He was rudely curt and didn't seem to care about my wellbeing whatsoever. This man has no business practicing medicine.

the receptionist was so rude! Sat there after waiting for an appointment only to find out he didn’t accept my insurance and thank god! in building 2 dr Mohammed barre did and he is amazing!!!

I have been sick all my life, I am 50. I have seen many doctors and Dr. Khan is one of the best. He not only cares about keeping you well, but also tries to improve your quality of life when you are not ill. I have all confidence in him and his care for me. You can comfortably discuss any condition with him without having to be embarrassed. When it comes to important discussions, he is an excellent communicator and speaking to him is very easy. I often feel lucky that I found a doctor who cares

Dr. Khan is an outstanding doctor, his knowledge of internal medicine is the best. I have no words to express my gratitude for his dedication. I know him for 18 years, he saved my husband life and been our family doctor for all this years Thank you Dr. Khan, thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and your excellent knowledge as a doctor and God bless you and all your love ones. I waited 45 mins AFTER my scheduled time, and when I got in my interview was cut short less then 5 mins into it, due to the text he got. He never requested my profile from my doctor and knew virtually NOTHING about me, nor did he didnt even request it while I was there?? I wasted a MONTH waiting to see a doctor who couldnt even have the professional courtesy to interview me longer then 5 mins?
