Pardeep Kumar's Online Review Report Card

Worst Doctor I have ever met, don't understand why they haven't taken his license away. His office always says that he is a busy man and doesn't have time to return phone calls. My father was in the hospital with a heart condition and Dr. Kumar came in and wanted to release him the same day he came in even though my father could not breathe properly. As I was talking to him and telling him my concerns he kept walking away and saying that my father was fine. Thankfully the Hospital doctor said that she was not going to release him until his breathing was controlled. Then to make things worst a couple of weeks later after my fathers breathing was back to normal he needed a refill of his blood pressure medication. My father called several times and left several messages but never got a call back or never got his refill. After 3 weeks of waiting for a phone call my father went straight to his office to tell them what was going on and the office staff said, "sorry he is very busy". My father told them that hopefully Dr. Kumar can make sometime for him before he gets a heart attack. Again please look at other reviews this Doctor should have his license taken away from him. Don't understand how you become a doctor and don't care about your patients. Un-professional and un-ethical, shouldn't be in the field of medicine.

BEWARE! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER! The lady at the front desk scheduling and doing the EKG's is the worst and VERY RUDE. Due to the insurance this is the only place I can choose besides going to Redwood City. The gentleman nurse is very nice.

I've going to dr pradeep kumar for more than 10 yrs He is super nice physician But 1 biggest problem with this office is very hard to get them answer your calls ...leave messages their they never call back ...don't understand why

I would like to echo Kory F's review below. It's a struggle to get my prescriptions refilled. Ironically, it's for my high blood pressure. So you can imagine how absurd it is for a doctor's clinic, supposedly there to help you stay healthy, actually being partially responsible for the stress experienced and resulting deterioration of your condition. Please get your act together.

My daughter was a patient awhile back. Dr. Pradeep was paid by our insurance company, but she keeps sending supplemental bills. The charges were never explained in advance of the services and all attempts to speak with her have gone unanswered. All the qualities you would expect from a health care provider..missing..No compassion, just pay pay pay

I have been a patient of Dr. Kumar since my insurance company assigned me to him. I will be leaving soon. Dr Kumar is a fine Dr. But his front office staff is terrible. It takes 3-4 phone calls to get hold of anyone and they NEVER return a call They mess up my prescriptions all the time, even when I walk in and hand it to them in writing they never get it right. Life is too short to be stressed out by Dr Kumar's staff.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I have been seeing him for so many years that I don't remember how long and have always gotten very good explanations and information. It is so good to have a doctor that listens and is extremely helpful. Sometimes the staff at the Hayward office might be less helpful, but they are human and usually it is my acceptance of that which just promotes the aggravation. When my attitude changes, theirs also changes. I highly recommend Doctor Kumar to anyone looking for a sincere and caring doctor who has my health and well being in his interest.

Dr. Kumar is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever been to bar none; however, and this is a big however, his office staff is some of the rudest women I have ever dealt with period. I just got into a huge shouting match with one of his receptionists and that is not typical for me. She pretty much told me that I should seek medical care elsewhere.

Good Doctor but her front office assistants are really worst, unprofessional and has no phone manners. Waited for 20 days to see whats results of my report and after getting frustrated Simply ask for the reports and what are results to which I got blunt answer like "we see many patients and if we don't call back than every thing is normal in reports". how should a normal person will know that what's results in report. If you people don't want to face this kind of blunt response than please avoid.

EDIT: 10/11/2013 - Went to the office again today for a follow up and only 10 MINUTE wait. My appointment was at 11:30am, I was seen at 11:35am. Doctor was great, listened and I like that he remembered me (it sounds stupid but go to Kaiser you will know what Im talking about). GREAT! Change review to 5 starsI went here yesterday and was a bit scared because of all the bad reviews for the California Cardiologists group. But surprisingly I had a good experience. My appointment was at 3, and I ran late because the address I had was incorrect. Despite that I had to only wait 10 minutes before the doctor saw me.He was friendly and gave me a referral to a specialist (finally!) and that is a big thing since when I was with Kaiser they refused to give me one and kept putting me on medications instead of doing tests like an endoscopy. This was my first time going, so I am giving 4 stars, based on the prescription he gave me. The medical staff is okay but they are difficult to understand. The girl at the front desk was very friendly to me though. Small offices but was very clean and proficient. Hopefully my choice as him for a primary physician will work out fine.Oh and they do call me back, so maybe the office staff has changed than the time the other reviews were written? Theyve been really nice with me
