It was my first visit with Dr Dawson. His staff were friendly and efficient. He was also friendly. He could tell I was nervous about the nasal scope but talked through exactly what he needed to do and why. He checked in with me several times during the procedure. He was calm and confident throughout which eased my nerves and allowed for a complete exam and diagnosis.
