I think she is a wonderful Dermatologist. Sometimes she is overly careful because she cares about her patients. She is a very busy Doctor. She called me in a prescription for shingles one time and she was literally sitting on an airplane and I sent her a photo because I thought I had dermatitis and she said you have shingles and that's exactly what it was.

Dr Touma did a great exam of my skin. But I had question I want to ask. I felt rushed through . Never had a chance to talk with her. Maybe it was because I had a late afternoon appointment. Wish she would ask me if I had question. Other than that was pleased with staff.

I tried to change my prescription and called to see if I could stop my previous medication, then Dr. Touma was not in the office and they said they will call me later to answer my question. They called me 3 weeks after the call. Also in the meantime I went ahead and bought the new treatment at her office and I asked my question there(after no receiving any call back), the nurse in charge said: stop the other medicine.Again back after 3 weeks of my first call they call me to answer my question, I asked again and they said: no, you shouldn’t stop the medication. WTH? I’m thinking of changing dermatologist after my next appt. hope it helps.

I couldn’t have ask for a better doctor, her and her staff are very friendly and truly professionals, I had a mole remove and was in and out in less than an hour , I would highly recommend her. She’s great!!

I've seen a number of dermatologist over the years, I've had 7 malignant skin cancers and when I made my appointment with Dr. Touma she never made me feel rushed and listened to my concerns. I'm also using her office for some cosmetic procedures so now I have found a great doctor that I can accomplish necessary and elective procedures.

Susan Touma wants you to sign a statement that you will pay her if you miss an appointment and if something unexpectedly comes up, family emergency etc. they will decide if they will forgive that fee, in the meantime, you schedule an appointment for 9:00 Am, you are there 15 minutes early. You have to be to work at 11:00, however, you are still in the waiting room at 10:15. Now by the time you get back, there is no way you’re going to make it to work on time. So you either leave and reschedule and be charged that fee, or stay and are late for work. Believe me, it is one sided in this office. She is knowledgeable in her field. She just doesn’t give the appearance of having her patients interest at heart. In my opinion, it is about the money.
