No real problem with Dr.Jung per say but I have been trying to get his staff to pre authorize my prescription for over a week and my insurance company said no phone call has came in from the dr office. going on 10 days now, be warned that the office staff don't always do their job right away.

This was my father's GE. My father liked him at the appointment the problem is after. He sent my father for blood work and to give a sample. Blood work complete on weds, results in on friday. Called Dr. office friday (was told phone open until 4pm) 3:30pm answering service on, cannot reach office. Called monday and tues to request results no call back from Dr. Finally heard back on weds and was told he wanted older tests to compare, he had results since friday and never reached out to primary dr to obtain those results. I called at least 10 times on thurs and was unable to speak to a human, I tried to fax the older test results but fax number busy. Also called at 11:40am and got the answering service, although the stated lunch is 12-1. This is not the office you should go to if you have a severe medical issue as they move at a snails pace apparently and they do not treat patients as important individuals. He has had results for a full week and we still have no information from him

Some of the office staff is horrible at this facility. I called several times with questions for Dr Jung no response or call back (front end and nurse line). The last time I called the woman I spoke to thought she had the right to diagnose me or give me her opinions on procedures I should have, not her place. I told her specific reasons for my call for Dr Jung I felt there was an unawareness of my already being exposed to radiation for tests I have had in the past two years. Does he know I had.

Have always had the bedt experience with Dr Jung. He guided me to a surgeon for life saving surgery and monitored my health closely afterward.
