Tim Daly's Online Review Report Card

I went for my IME today and let me tell you I felt like a nothing when i left. He would ask a question about injury and then start talking before i even answered. could care less what i had to say and said hmm nothing seems wrong with you. then questioned my doctor who I see and the surgeon. what a waste of time it was. Hoping the state looks closer at his ratings

I had a heart attack while driving a semi tractor and trailer for Hobby Lobby. Dr. Daly put 2 stents in my heart area, and told me that I also have 80% blockage in my LAD. I told Dr. Daly that I still feel weak and tired, and yet he told Hobby Lobby that I'm fine and able to get behind the wheel of a big rig. And Dr, Daly said directly to me that he will NOT have me take any time off to recuperate, and he will not request any type of therapy. Hobby Lobby sent me to take a DOT physical and I failed, causing me to lose my CDL. Which caused me the loss of an income. The VA hospital recently inserted a third stent in my neck. But for Dr. Daly's lack of knowledge pertaining to the rigors and stress of truck driving I would still have an income or my family.

I had an IME with Dr. Daly, and I have to say that the review from 2012 is completely accurate. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour past the appointment time he showed me to the exam room. He would ask questions then change the answers to discredit my injury. Dr. Daly even went so far as to say that previous procedures that I had gone through were completely unrelated to the injury. If you must go to this doctor for an IME, bring a friend, family member, or a lawyer with you and save yourself the trouble of contesting the report later.

This man saved my life. I’ve never felt so scared but he made me feel safe. I strongly recommend him to everyone. He really cares about his patients.

I have to tell you how grateful I am for this man. I am scared but find peace knowing I have such a caring human being taking care of me. I wish all doctors were as smart and empathetic. You don’t talk much but I know you care and I trust you with most important organ in my body. I also have a greater understanding of all elements involved and how to stay healthy.

This "Dr." is a complete phony. He is simply paid by insurance companies to write reports to support them in denying claims. He talks over you as he doesn't really want to hear your answers to his very few questions. His exam room is the smallest I've been in and 2 steps in either direction is how he assesses a person's gait/movement. His horrible halitosis is an accurate indicator of his disgusting and shameful lack of character and extremely unprofessional manner.
