On 11/22/23 I took my incredibly sick fiance to ER , now neither of us are DRs but we knew she had pneumonia or at least respiratory infection !!!! Now she had coughed and shortness of breath and could hardly say her name,,, an ex ray was done and after 3+ hours she was given a cough Pearl and sent her home... So on 11/25 took her to Med Express and they couldn't believe what and how she was treated ¡!!! They are so concerned that they want to hear from her over the next 3-4 days everyday!!!! A few months ago I had COVID and they told me to drink water and kicked me out the door!!! Monday was able to see my Dr and he laughed at them said a few words and then took care of me!!!! I just thinking well ok ER Dr overlook or hell forgot meds to help me??? Witch by no means an excuse !!! But I am a logical person SO After that experience and the experience over past 3 days is absolutely unexcusable!!!! I don't know who is in charge nor if anyone is??? But in them two situations I have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE IN THAT HOSPITAL !!!!!!! Especially the two different and I say this VERY LIGHTLY Er DRs and I blame Management just the same because if they was actually doing their job they surely know there's a problem (S) and fix them¿¿¿¿ I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE THAT CHOOSES TO GO TO THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR HEALTHCARE!!!!!! IT really is so SAD so many people depend on them in this area!!!! It is closer than Thomas,,, But at this point it's certainly worth the drive!!! All that has been said IS THE TRUTH SO HELP ME GOD Amen 🙏

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved to this state and don’t know where much is right now. My daughter got sick at night and was in extreme pain. I took her there and they got us back quickly. Then it went down hill. The nurse came in and never introduced herself, asked history, or anything just came in and did two swabs and left. The doctor never came back until results were in. He never once checked her throat (where we’re having issues), checked her heart, nothing. Told me she had a pretty serious virus one of the dangerous ones (not Covid) and that’s it. Didn’t check her to make sure it was progressing to the dangerous side effects. Sent us home with nothing. My poor child is in so much pain in her throat she can’t sleep. She’s up every 10-40 minutes screaming in pain. Motrin isn’t touching it. How do you not even look and exam your patients?! Didn’t even ask a medical history! I will be finding somewhere a lot better and I pray there is better in this state.

I was a patient and received excellent care and beyond from nurses (Devin, Amy, Stephanie) and nursing assistants (Debbie, Bobbi and Briana). Thank you each one for your kindness!!

The nurses take their time in the ICU my mother Sat in a chair for five hours waiting for her bed to be cleaned the food looks unrecognizable and was tasteless I would not put my dog in there
