I came in to get a required drug test at 7:15PM and was turned away even though they are open until 8PM. Although, no apppointment necessary. Poor customer support and no reasons for not being able to take me.

No wait time. In, x-ray taken and all needs met at the Med Express. Dr on duty was great. Staff always pleasant.

It would have been 5 ⭐️ but there was no X-ray tech when I went the first time, the next day I waited 1/3 hour and there was no one waiting but me, and today the tech called in sick. I have an appointment for tomorrow morning at 8. I sure hope a tech is there tomorrow. But the nurse and dr who saw me were very nice and I guess these things happen but when you are hobbling along you tend to get grouchy.

To address the acute flare up of a chronic condition, I just showed up at MedExpress Urgent Care. They did an excellent job of assessing the status and prescribing the needed treatment.

The urgency and care my child received was unmatched. Even after they recommended us seeking hospital care they called to check on his progress and how he was feeling that evening. Summer is fantastic and I would definitely recommend the Hurricane Medexpress!
