Dr. Shalev's office staff never notified me of moving offices before my appointment. I was sent on a hunt for his office going to another location, then to the hospital. Only then did I get help getting to the office which had a VERY poor sign not visible from the road. The communication in the office and at the Greenbrier Valley Hospital is very poor. Getting my testing done for my appointment at the hospital was an awful experience. My appointment was moved then on the day I came in, my appointment was not honored and made me wait 1.5 hours because only 1 echo doppler machine is in the hospital. I have to drive 60 miles to the office and the hospital. Making a patient inconvenienced like our time isn't valuable is very unprofessional. I was late to my appointment when I was very early waiting in their old office, driving to another office then being sent over to the hospital, only to be sent to the new office that was not visible for patients to find. The office staff of Dr. Shalev were going to cancel my appointment for being so late. I had to insist I still be seen or he would be billed my 120 miles in gas. I was finally seen where I then let Dr. Shalev know I was very upset about my unacceptable treatment for the hospital testing, as well as being sent on a wild goose chase to find their new office.
