Did a telehealth visit because I had been treating a rash with a cream for over two weeks and it was getting worse at an alarming rate. I made an appt with my derm but it was almost a month away. Told the physician this and she completely disregarded me and said I needed to “give it time for it to work” and wrote me a prescription for the exact same cream??? Two weeks later I’m back at med express because the rash has spread ALL over my torso and is very uncomfortable. The second doctor gives me a different cream and an oral Rx. First physician could have done this and saved me the misery if she hadn’t disregarded my concerns. Believe it or not, some of us have actual problems and don’t just need a excuse to get out of work. Two stars are for the second doctor who actually tried something different or I’d give negative stars.

Went for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, and were really helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went in for a DOT physical and was treated with great respect and care. I have had a great visit in the past, but never like this visit. Heather Kirk and all the nurses and crew members was great. Thank you, Doug

Went there to be seen on a weekend because I had been sick for 2 weeks and was t getting better but worse. The PA listened to one lung but not the other, didn't even listen to my chest knowing I throw PVCs and have ventricular bigeminy which I told the triage nurse. Done an x-ray told me I didn't have pneumonia called me in a bunch of medicine but refused to find out if I was on any medication that might counter react with that medicine. I was never not the first time by the triage nurse or the PA asked what medication I was taking at home, very dangerous. This place is a joke I'd rather go to LRMC and that's saying a lot. This place is nothing but a bandaid station nothing more but is suppose to be a urgent care. If I had a emergency or urgent thing I needed to go to the doctor for, this would be the last place I would go. I wouldn't take my dog here to be seen.

I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and when I got to the place where I was seen by a nurse practitioner I was surprised at how soon I was seen. I was treated with respect and the nurse was very kind and considerate of my pain. I really appreciated at how swift I was taken care of. Julia Crum

I had a great experience at my visit. Everyone was very nice and professional and even tho they were very busy I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I got treatment and the nurse and Doctor were very nice. 5 stars!!!!
