My experience was okay until he made an error on my chart, resulting in an unnecessary x-ray. He wanted to blame everyone but himself for the error he made. He was unwilling to own the fact that he was human and made a mistake by putting info in my file about another patient. Simply owning the error and apologizing would have gone a long way. The arrogance was not appreciated. I lost respect for him and certainly will not continue to use his service. My shoulder is in worse shape than it was before my surgery. This was the last straw for me. Such a shame.

Dr Buschmann and his staff were all very professional, attentive and kind. My surgery went very well and my results and prognosis are excellent. Even my physiotherapists are impressed with my progress and beautiful incision!
