He completed my surgery on my knee. He makes you feel welcomed and at ease during appointments. He explains everything thoroughly while providing great quality care! His staff is excellent as well! Couldn't ask for a better Doctor!

Troy have been my Orthopaedics doc for about 10 years. He has kept me mobile as I have bad knee joints. He's replaced ond and just received injection in other. Felt much better by 2nd day. Direct and confident, both qualities I want in my docs.

My experience with the center for orthopedic excellence and Dr.Troy Foster started in 2011 after I was in a very bad car accident. Doctor Foster took care of me while I was in the hospital with multiple broken bones fractured ribs broken ribs fractured broken hip broken hand pain in multiple places he guided me to recovery and I truly enjoyed is input and prognosis. In 2019 I was having knee problems in my right leg Doctor Foster again was my go to doctor he did a total knee replacement in which was awesome and I was back on my feet again he guided me through that and did a fine job I have no complaints whatsoever which has now led me to seek out in this year 2022 to have a hip replacement because it has deteriorated over the years possibly due to part of the car wreck but just age and the job I do so again I put my trust into a gentleman that I think is a very good doctor his group at the orthopedic center or wonderful people the staff is awesome and I can't say enough about him I sur

I have had several procedures/surgeries by Dr Foster and every one have them have gone better than expected. Can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my care

Dr. Foster took into consideration my symptoms and in turn suggested I have a steroid injection to help with the pain that I was experiencing in my left shoulder. I haven’t had success in the past with these types of injections but I’m glad I listened to him and allowed him to treat me in that manner. My shoulder is feeling better. Will see him a few weeks for a follow up. I have in the past and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic help.

Dr Foster explained in detail regarding what to expect for my carpal tunnel surgery. I’m very satisfied with the results.

Dr Foster has been my Dr for all things ortho for over 20years. He is precise and doesn’t pull any punches in what needs to be done.

If you are a "POC", I recommend that you go to a different doctor than Dr. Troy, he spoke very condensing to me and took issue with my 6 years of service in the military. "6 years? That's it?" is what he asked me. Then as if that wasn't enough, he then asked for all of my disabilities and then told me that I was too young to be disabled and that all of my disabilities can be fixed - which is a lie. Very discriminating and I am disheartened. Prejudice is unacceptable in any capacity, especially to veterans who have served this country honorably.
