Dr. Darmelio has been a great doctor for me. He’s given me injections in my knees, elbow, and he’s replaced one of my knees. He’s very attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend him for your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Darmelio is very thorough and compassionate. He takes his time with his patients and never makes me feel rushed. He makes sure all my questions are answered before the appointment is completed. He did my ACL reconstruction 9 years ago, has done injections for knee pain and fluid removal. I am about to have a knee replacement (apparently I am rough with my knees) and would not trust anyone else with that procedure. I highly recommend Moutainstate Orthopedic and Dr. Darmelio for you ortho needs.

Dr. Damelio is a very thorough and compassionate Doctor. He performed my ACL reconstruction 9 years ago. He always takes his time with his patients, answers all questions and never makes me feel rushed. His staff is friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly I trust him. I am scheduling a knee replacement with him currently. I recommend him to anyone I care about.

Dr Darmelio, whom I nicknamed Dr Starbucks, performed two surgeries on my infected surgical site, from different hospital in different state. I asked him to ask my son to bring me a latte when I was in recovery. Son was late so Dr Starbucks showed up with the latte for me. Now that’s patient care! Love Dr Starbucks ??

I have no doubt that I made the best decision to have both knees replaced simultaneously and choosing the right surgeon made all the difference. I had my procedure done on 11-30-20 by Dr. Darmelio and I have never looked back. Every day 1 get stronger and stronger. My endurance is constantly improving. I can walk without limping and climb stairs with ease. I can easily get in and out of my car, bend down and pick something up off the floor and I can do all of these things and more without any pain. Dr. Darmelio is the consummate professional. On the morning of my surgery my husband said you're having major surgery in 2 hours, aren't you nervous? I responded with an emphatic no. I knew I was in very capable hands. Thank you Dr. Darmelio for taking such good care of me and most of all for alleviating my pain.

I cannot say enough good about Dr Matthew Darmelio, MD. Orthopedic Surgeon.Just his personality set's him above the rest. But his skill as a doctor set's him that much higher. I am over 70 years old and have seen some very good doctor's. He has surpassed Dr. O'mally and Dr. Kurth, both exceptional doctors. I have had family and friends with knee replacement's, and seen them in recovery, with days spent in the hospital recovering. My knee replacement was done in outpatient, and total time for the operation to the time I walked out door was 3 hours. He does a process called nerve blocking. It's been 3 days since my surgery and I have not had one second of pain, including the day of surgery. Dr Darmelio is the greatest.

He almost killed my mother, 3 surgeries on the same knee. It took 3 more surgeries on that same knee to correct with her new Dr. He caused infections when he went in to fix what he messed up on the first surgery. Would not recommend him or Mon General.

I couldn't do anything with my arm because of a severe shoulder injury. Dr Darmelio made it new again 15 years ago.
