They refuse service to whoever they choose(multiple hours before closing) and when you ask for proof of policy they rudely refuse. Sketchy and horrible service. The sad excuse of a doctor admitted to random refusals, all proof on video.

Dr Weglinski saw me last Mon on 23rd treated great very informative and kind and attentive to my needs also nurses very good too ! Sorry to see RN s are loosing there jobs they are so vital in health care I am retired Rn with 34 yrs experience in health care ! Yr company should reconsider yr loss !

From the time I arrived I was truly treated with true compassion and genuine concern for my injury. Through the process I was constantly checked on and updated. All members of my care were Great!!! When I was released they made sure I was comfortable as possible and even helped me to my truck for safety. Thank you very much.

The Med Express folks did a wonderful job of taking care of me when I felt terrible. Their care, concern, tests, fluids and medications did the trick!

The PA explained all of the details very well, so I understood the diagnosis (as well as why the diagnosis wasn't something else).

My college student daughter wasn’t feeling well and went here for treatment. Her experience was okay. She was told that they would send any balance/bill to her home address. They didn’t. They took the money from my husband’s HSA they “had on file” without his authorization. That’s theft. Called the administration offices about this transaction & spoke with a supposed supervisor who lied and said that my daughter swiped our HSA card, twice. She didn’t. It’s in my wallet. No apology. Just blaming my daughter for what THEY did. Then the supposed supervisor hung up on my husband & I. What happened here is illegal. Watch your bills & monitor any card that you used with them on previous transactions.

I drove to three different facilities, one was closed, one had over an 8 hour wait, then I finally stopped here and was seen and out within 30 minutes. Great service, friendly staff. Nathan was great 🖤
