My boyfriend, just got his new chair as a quad, everything is special, they did a great job getting it right! Thanks KAY,{ sorry did not get last name} took the time to fine tune it! Makes his 3rd chair from them and we are very pleased.

The representative that delivered my mother in law's equipment was named Michael Hart. He was very polite and helpful. I also spoke with Joann and Ashley at the 800 number and they were kind and helpful as well. Very nice company

Stay away from this place. They merged with dasco and never told me my c-pap supplies were no longer covered there under my insurance. After being a customer for 5 years they refuse to take my hbcbs card becuase I live in PA .Now I am stuck holding a big bill.i will never use anything Mon Health again I am done with this medical provider every time I contacted billing I get a different answer. I glad that's how they treat customer's. Mon Health and Dasco are a joke. I will switch to another supplier in Morgantown.
