I had a micro-needling session done about a week ago with kaycee and then a hydra facial and dermaplaning done! I can already see a difference in my skin! Kaycee was so knowledgeable and just truly is so great at what she does! She really educated me about the skin so much and explained so much to me. She did such a wonderful job!! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt pretty and I looked in the mirror today and I cried because I felt beautiful and it’s all thanks to Kaycee!! And everyone there were so sweet and so welcoming! I’ve already scheduled another appointment with them!

I had an amazing lip filler experience with Kristin. She is super nice and very knowledgeable. She listened to what I was wanting and made it happen. I’m pleased with my results and will be returning. Everyone in the office was very friendly over the phone and in person. All around, Willow Med Spa and Salon is a great place for a lot of your needs! Attached photos of before and after, the after is the very next day!

I have loved all my visits with Cady! She’s great at what she does but also an awesome person! She always takes time to fully answer me any questions I have about literally anything and makes me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

First time visitor. Facility is nice and clean. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I had a Botox service by Cady and couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was so knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She offered options for treatment and provided clear explanations. I will be returning.

I came back after my one year with filler and of course, I love my lips!! I'll continue to get filler every year with Kristen. She is the absolutely best, so sweet and plays good music while getting my lips done. She's my favorite!

I’ve gone to Willow Med Spa for facials and skin care products only, however this Med Spa has many offerings; hair, skin car, make-up, as well of other high-end med spa services. Ari’s skin care expertise is transformational to say the least. I’d rate her skills, knowledge, and attention to client-specific needs as 5-star. The products are high quality, The staff is exceptionally kind (and have gorgeous skin!!). I would say the customer service and customer satisfaction is superior to any I’ve received in the service industry. The spa owner, Kaycee Hartley knows her customer, goes BEYOND to educate clients, and assure satisfaction (really, beyond).

Super clean, and great atmosphere. My experiences have all been great. Hilary is awesome! Takes her time and listens to and gets what I'm saying. I travel 1 hour and 10 minutes and could go someplace closer but it's all about the trust. I have always been extremely happy with my services.

I had my first visit with Kristin today, she is very knowledgeable and so nice. Definitely makes you feel welcome and at ease. The place is super nice and stylish. Can't wait to go back.
