I just discovered this clinic not to long ago, have been three times, once, just me and twice with my kiddo’s. I’m going tomorrow cause of a super sore throat that’s lasted 4 days now. 🤦🏼♀️😑 The staff here are amazing and so are the Doctors. My new fave clinic and it’s super close to where I live. 5 stars!!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Wiley. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wiley took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the care I received, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiley's office to others. Thanks again!

Really friendly! My dad is bedridden and Dr. Zack has been a real blessing. If it wasn't for them he would be in a nursing home because we couldn't afford an ambulance to goto the doctor.

Not once but twice now they’ve scheduled me for a certain time and even call me and tell me the time they’ve given me when I made the appointment. Then when I come in for my appointment at the time they tell numerous times they told me it’s not till an hour later... like how is that even professional. Sarah called me the night before to inform me my appt was at 9:15am and I’m here at 8:50 and still sitting in the waiting room because now they say my appointment isn’t until 10:15. The guy working the front desk was very rude to me and had an attitude. I’m not happy at all. So they need to get there stuff together because there gonna end up losing patients if this stuff doesn’t stop happening.

The staff as far as the care providers are wonderful. I hve only had contact with 2 of the providers there, but both have been phenomenal. What I don’t agree with is that I just transferred my children to this office. My husband, in the past had woke sick and went there first thing of the morning and been seen for a sick visit. However this morning, I am sitting at Urgent Care with my daughter after she woke with a fever of 102, sore throat, earache, productive cough. I showed up to the office with her to hear from the girl at the front desk that they don’t and have never done anything but visits by appointment only. So, I’m sitting at Urgent Care to have my daughter seen by someone that is not familiar with her. I’m not sure what the use is to have a family physician office if you can’t get in for a couple of days or hours when you are sick. It is frustrating. People wake up sick and need to be seen. But I guess that’s why our Emergency rooms are congested with people that have flu-like symptoms and different things that could be handled by their care provider.

I was in a lot of pain. I looked a hot mess. They treated me kindly. Was gentle and worked quickly and professionally. They felt sympathetic and was patient while I moved super slow or stopped because of the pain. The staff is great! The Doctor was quick, direct, and explained everything to the T. She listened to everything I had to say and offered helpful suggestions to help me with comfort. She was very kind. I am glad I am now a patient of a great clinic.
