Was asked to labs multiple times and each time there was always something wrong with the labs. Do not recommend for routine labs.

When they owe you a refund because they put the wrong codes in it is radio silence, but they sure will call seven months after the fact and tell you to pay a copay you had never been told about before. Get insurance pre-approvals for everything you get done at Plateau.

Waited 4 hours for covid results after gf was stabilized from asthma attack in 30 minutes. Ended up leaving with no results. Checked on us maybe 3 times in that period. Nobody was rude just unacceptable wait times. This isn’t just this past time. A year ago I came and the gave my gf the wrong lumbar scan paper with led her to believe she had 3 herniated discs and needed to have surgery. Luckily I went back and read the name and got her actual paper.

I had a recent fall and hit my head ..got banged up pretty good ! Went straight to the er to make sure I didn’t break my arm or have any head injury or trauma . The guy at the front desk was polite and told me to have a seat the wait time was not long at all. Got called back they took my vitals and off I went to the ER room . As I was filling out paper work the nurse was coming in to get me for a CT scan and an X-ray ! SUPER prompt and reassuring as I was afraid that I was severely injured . The guy nurse was very nice and brought me an ice pack for my arm . He also brought me something for my nausea I had due to my head injury . The doctor was very nice . I definitely recommend PMC !

Walked in there bearly able to move almost hit my face more then enough time and I was straight up disrespected I'm so glad that I wasn't doing the job I had two days ago or they would have been shut down for the lack of care the snide comment's about my pain I've had five uneducated people who didn't care that I fell and later had to be treated for a concussion and brain bleed. In the same facility and yet again received the same treatment I rather die then come here again please get new staff or get shut down
