List of James Spychalski's Reviews
My husband and I have been calling multiple times for the past 3 days to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. I went in the office after leaving a voice-mail to no avail, and the older woman at the front was so rude. She had a terrible attitude and wouldn't let me talk. She kept asking if I was a new patient. If she would have shut her mouth for a second, she would have heard me trying to say I was setting an appointment for my husband who is indeed a new patient. Needless to say the doctor isn't accepting new patients, even though online it says he is. She gave me a "list" of doctors accepting new patients.. None of them on her list actually are. Thank you for the disgusting attitude and worthless list. Im glad my husband won't be going here. Everyone deserves better..
The older woman at the front was very rude. I had been calling multiple times a day for a days and no one was answering my calls. She was rude and said no one was in the office. For almost a week? Wow. Then she made it seem like I never left a voice-mail when I did. She was very rude about that as well. She wouldn't let me talk and kept interrupting, asking if I was a new patient. If she would have shut her mouth for 2 seconds and listened, she would have heard me say multiple times that I was trying to make an appointment for my Husband. She gave me a "list" of doctors accepting patients, since Dr Spychalski isn't, even though everywhere online, even the BCBS app states he is. No one on her list is accepting new patients. So thanks for the list that did nothing for me. And thank you for your terrible attitude. I'm glad my Husband won't be going to this office.
Dr. James N. Spychalski, MD is rare. He knows his stuff, is compassionate, understanding of your feelings. I feel fortunate he is my doctor. If all physicians presented conducted and included as Dr. Spychalski, oh what a life changer it would be for everyone.
Best Doctor I’ve ever had
Terrible experience with my mom and now a terrible experience with my dad. Not happy with him at all.
He is a wonderful Dr. He took great care of my father until he passed away from cancer. I started seeing him due to high blood pressure. My last doctor had me taking 3 different meds totaling 8 pills a day and my BP was still always around 145/100. I saw him one time, he switched my meds to only taking a total of 3 pills a day, and 2 hours after my first dose my BP was 117/79. He is very good at what he does.
I am 57 and hands down the best Family Practitioner that I have ever had. Listens to all your questions and statements and answers them or will find the answers. Great with my wife and 12 year old daughter. He has been there for every medical and mental problem I have ever had, and has made himself available to see us at most any time needed. I highly recommend him for you and your families health needs.
Takes time to listen and explains options and procedures thoroughly. Works with you as a team.
Dr Spy has become part of my family. It's amazing to have a doctor that listens, takes time with you, and gives exceptional care. He will even draw a picture of something to explain it better to me or my children. You just don't find family doctors like this anymore. I'm so glad I found him. My family and I have been patients close to 20 years
Dr Spychalski is a physician who takes time to listen to me, explains things so I understand. In fact I trust him with my very life. I know he will do everything to help me maintain my health. If he doesn't know a definite answer he is willing to help you obtain that help elsewhere. He is AWESOME. His staff are always helpful & friendly. I am a very fortunate patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
