I liked her a lot at first until I was accused of failing a drug test for taking prescriptions in date from my previous doctor. She then left the practice to go into private practice and discharged me as a patient for being so sick I had to visit the ER on the day of my first appointment with her. So, I was discharged for my health. If she didn’t want to take me as a patient someone should have told me before a health flare she was well aware of happening from time to time, which was the entire reason I chose her for a physician. Claims to like to help manage chronic illness until it effects her.

Dr Rugel takes so much time With me. She leaves no stone unturned. She is compassionate and thoughtful. Best dr I have ever had. So thankful for her.

Dr. Rugel is the best doctor that I have ever had. Her compassion and love for her patients is like no other. She takes the time to listen and to educate you in regards to your health and medication concerns. I have since moved to Tennessee and will miss her immensely.

Dr. Rugel is the best doctor I have had in 23 years. I am sad to know that she will be leaving WVU medicine. I hope she will still have a practice somewhere close enough for me to still see her.

Dr. Rugel is a kind and knowledgeable physician. She and her office staff go above and beyond for her patients. She is very thorough. Her office is spotless, and wait time is very little. I am glad I found her.

Dr Rugel has been my primary Dr for over 6 yrs. She is the most caring, dr I've ever had. She is always pleasant, caring, concerned, and understanding She always listens to you and ever rushes you out. I wish more doctors were like her. God blessed me with Dr rugel

Dr Rugel And her staff are amazing! This is the first doctor I’ve ever seen where the visit did not feel rushed. She spent a lot of time with me, listened, and made me feel cared for. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Rugel is a Godsend! She’s the most amazing and kind Dr I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I currently drive 1.5 hours to see her because she is so kind and takes the time to listen to her patients. She never rushes me or ignores my needs. She is very empathetic.

My mother had an appointment for dementia. they called her the day before her appointment to remind her. HAVING DIMENTIA , SHE FORGOT had an appointment and canceled the appointment not knowing what she was doing. I and my mother arrived for the appointment only to find out it had been canceled. I did not know. After finding this out and being frustrated, i tried to reschedule. the receptionist told me they would not reschedule and they were not taking any new patients. Sorry. NO THEY WERE NOT SORRY. this was retaliation for her canceling her appointment (in her dementia state) forgetting she was there to be treated for DEMENTIA. Unbelievable ... POOR< POOR< POOR. go somewhere else to get treatment.
