No one has a clue what they are doing in the Vienna or south side parkersburg,wv offices. I purchase test for my self and they try and call random people to confirm what I need. I don't even know these people they're trying to contact. I told them exactly what I need and they still mess it up. Had to test 2 times at 2 different locations. Very disappointed in medexpress professionalism on handling my need. Need to hire people that can follow directions and meet the needs of their clients. They have no clue what they are doing. Spelled me name wrong with my ID right in front of them. Give me the wrong test twice, than argued about sending it to the lab for father testing. If it wasn't the only place around I'd never set foot in another medexpress again! Very Very disappointed. It would be no star if it would allow me to post with out atheist 1 star.

Rude. No compassion. Arrogant. Took no time to listen to my concerns. I was visibly upset and no one asked or checked on me. Threw new prescriptions at me and sent me out.

Process for getting to see a Dr. was very practical and safe. The staff were friendly, professional and very efficient. The Dr. was very thorough and listened closely to my symptoms. Then after the examination explained very well (in terms that I could understand) my condition and possible treatments. We discussed briefly, agreed on a treatment plan and I was on my way. Great experience.

The staff could see I was in pain and not feeling good thanks to allergy season. Was rude from the get go. Don't take your dying dog ta them.
