Everything about this doctor is deplorable. He is unethical, rude, and even possible medically incompetent. His staff are no better.I went there many years ago for what was supposed to be a simple in office removal of a small malignant melanoma mole behind my knee. He boasted afterwards that he went in really deep just to be 'on the safe side'. It turns out he went so deep that he destroyed my lymph nodes in that leg. About two years after the procedure my foot and then my leg started to swell. I finally was diagnosed with secondary lymphedema. It would have been helpful if Dr. Hahn had mentioned that there was a risk of this happening. I now have acute lymphedema from my toe to the top of my left, requiring bandaging every day/every other day. When I tried to get my medical records from his office to take to a lymphedema specialist, they refused to hand them over unless I wrote a check for $35.00 !!! When I refused, saying this was unethical, they then suddenly told me they couldn't find my file! I had to return with a somewhat outspoken lawyer friend and they then 'found' my records. The office staff were unbelievable rude.What a nightmare experience this was. In summation.... Stay Away!

I have been here since 9:30 am and was still waiting at 2 pm. This is OUTRAGEOUS, no doctor is that good...none. How disrespectful to patients and allow their tiny waiting room full of aged patients to sit for 4 hours. Just a "we will be with you soon". People need to eat and use the restroom. I am surprised no one passed out from low blood sugar. I will NEVER go back there. No one should.

Spend 40 to 45 minutes sitting alone in a room. No one came in. Was giving new patient paperwork and Incorporated within was another patient's medical history and their personal information. HIPPA violation.

Dr Hahn runs a respectable efficient and helpful business. Unfortunately his beautiful young receptionist looks like she would snap at you if you talk to her. She gives off bad energy that scares clients. Get past her and everything's fine

Been going here since for over 25 years love all the staff they listen to your concerns and if something doesn’t work just call and they will get something that does. Very friendly people.

The staff in this office go above and beyond. They were flexible and worked with us after hours to the care we needed on several occasions.

Mickey mouse, bait-and-switch outfit. Was referred by local doctors office to Hahn medical in Berkeley Springs. Went to the appointment and the office was very dirty. Not a good start. Led to a room and met with Dr. Hahn's Personal Assistant, I assumed she wanted to go over some of the admin but instead I was told by her that she was going to be handling the surgical procedure. I asked where Dr. Hahn was and she said he never went to that office, so basically he uses his name to get patients in the door and then has his PA to do the work of a qualified medical professional. Politely made my excuses and left. NEVER touch this place.

This office does not keep their appointments as scheduled. Be there at 8 as scheduled and sit for an hour or more to be seen. This is all the time, not just an occasional thing. The patient does everything possible to keep their scheduled appointment time and you would think that the doctor and staff would do the same.
