I work for a medical office and have been trying to reach unsuccessfully I might add to reach anyone in this office. I cannot leave a message as the mailbox is currently not accepting messages at this time. Every time I call back, it's the same. No answer and unable to leave a message. This seems a poor way to practice, especially if another medical office is trying to communicate about a mutual patient.

Front desk took two weeks to mail a referral. Then when I called about it, claimed they had no record of me being referred anywhere. After having the ultrasound I was referred for, they claimed a week later the fax that was sent to them had not arrived and they did not have it. Their phones work 40% of the time and when you talk to any of them they are rude and snippy. Was once 3 minutes late to an appointment and they said they had to reschedule. The front desk is incompetent and severely over their heads. Update 7/25/22 Office was supposed to refer me to Derm 1 in June. Was told the referral lady was backed up and they would call me back ASAP. This was beginning of June. Made the appointment myself and am looking for a new general practitioner.

I am deeply disappointed in the care I have received at this office. They are horrible at returning phone calls, scheduling and follow up. Inconsistent and rude, I highly recommend finding another provider if you have a serious problem. Update August 31, 2022 I initially saw a PA in January of 2020 for neck pain in this office, because of a previous lower spine surgery in 2012 I wanted to get it treated early as to try to avoid another spinal surgery. Over the course of 2 years I repeatedly and diligently sought treatment for increasing pain at this office. During that time, my insurance denied approvals for 6 MRI’s because the staff in Dr. Peters office neglected to send my X-rays, physical therapy and any other information that the insurance requested. I was repeatedly lied to by not only the staff but the office manager as well regarding requests and referrals and at my final visit in August 2021, Dr. Peters screamed at me in front of other patients that I needed to “suck it up and pay for it myself”, stating “patients like you are a drain on the health care system”. I immediately found a new provider who did an exceptional job of referring me to a neurologist. I was diagnosed with spinal spondylosis, spinal stenosis with radiculopathy, and degenerative disc disease and scheduled for my first surgery on March 16, 2022. Had I been treated and diagnosed in a timely fashion, I could have avoided surgery for several years. Now I’m facing more surgery due to the failures in Dr. Peters office. The staff in this office are inept and uncaring as I’ve ever seen in a professional setting, including Dr. Peters. It’s a shame that I may be facing permanent disability due to a lack of regard and negligence by all involved.

Considering pulling my records and going elsewhere! No one seems to want to answer the phones! Community Radiology can't even get them to answer! Ridiculous! July 29, 2022

They seriously NEVER follow through with the referrals that they are supposed to be getting for you. The wait time is always absolutely ridiculous. Office staff is completely rude, too. I’m not sure how this lady still has a job after reading the rest of the reviews. Do better.

I have been calling for about 3 days to make a new appointment. Today I called about 5 times and the last 2 times some one picked up the phone and hung up deliberately.

This place is ridiculous. My husband had an appointment and was 4 minutes late after being stuck in traffic and waiting in line at their window and they refused to see him and wanted him to reschedule. He left work 3 hours early and lost pay. This is unacceptable and I have never heard of a 4 minute late policy. They should be ashamed of themselves and find some staff that actually want to work and see patients. Highly recommend to go elsewhere. If I could give them no stars I would .

The doctors and nurses here are great if you can get past the front desk personnel. There has been a change in the past year in the front staff and they are rude. I have been going here for many years and am considering changing because of this.

Called the office because I had tested positive for Covid to try and see if they could call me a prescription in to help with some symptoms and was told I had to go in for an evaluation. I feel like this is highly irresponsible since I would infect people if I was there.

Drs are very good, thorough, & quick. Nurses are friendly. Office ladies are rude mannered and snappy every time no matter how nice you are.
