Communication at it's worse. She was a "no show" for my scheduled appointment, doors locked & window shades down at her private office of Hensley Medical Group on Feb 8, 2019. I need my medical records that she held on to to scan and now I'm having a terrible time trying to get them back.

She put the blood pressure cuff on me and then proceeded to freak out! She was shaking. She asked if I would go to the hospital around the corner for an akg. Sure. They held me held me hostage from 10 am till 2 am. Guess wut, $15,000 later NOTHING wrong w/my heart. Think she should pay my $1000 co pay !!!

May be good for a cold or UTI, but she is not able to manage your total care. She did my annual wellness exam without weight, height and other vitals and was not able to maintain the level of care from previous PCP. Now I have to pay out of pocket for my annual wellness exam with a new Dr and start over Your better off using minute clinic ??

My daughter was stung by a bee. Her face was swollen and Dr Hensley was caring, professional, genuine and knowledgeable.

DO NOT even bother wasting your time seeing this woman! She is extremely unsympathetic. I am a 26 y/o suffering from extreme pain due to fibromyalgia & nerve damage in my foot due to a crushing injury. I don't have insurance & am in the process of finding a primary due to a recent move. I spent $200 for this woman to tell me to go take some Tylenol. She REFUSED to refer me to a pain specialist despite obvious signs (high bp) that I am badly suffering. She belittled me & treated me like a child.

Dr. Dominguez, now named Dr. Hensley off her recent marriage, Is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. She is so sweet and full of energy. She is caring and made me feel so comfortable. She actually cares about her patients and treats every one as if I was a member of her own family.

She prescribed medicines from a printed template that was not as good as Lange's Medical Diagnosis (1500 pages, McGraw Hill) and I suffered terrible coughs. Trying to sppeal via any communications channel, I could not reach her. Then sshe wrote me a letter dismissing me as a patien.
