Paid a 50.00 deductible to be told that that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to go through the emergency room to get a CT scan. Shouldn’t have been charged if I was given 0 service.

Shortly after traveling from Florida to Pittsburgh to see old friends, I became ill and tested positive for Covid. I had the vaccine and all the boosters, but it still found me. We contacted our PCP on the way home, but he was unable to prescribe anything across state lines. Luckily, we found the Princeton office of MedExpress online. The staff there was great - friendly, professional and efficient. Trena Hodges and the rest of the staff confirmed that I had the virus, sent a prescription to Wal-Mart next door and had us back on the road in under an hour. We were extremely impressed and grateful. The medication seems to be working (I know it's still early), but I feel fortunate to have found your facility.

This Med Express is clean, efficient, and professional. Everyone from the registration staff, to the triage nurse, to the nurse practitioners/doctors are patient focused and courteous.
