The covid screening nurse is very rude. Tells me I cannot come in with my mother and gets an attitude when we explain why I need to be there- she has trouble hearing and is in a wheelchair. Completely rude and unsympathetic towards her cancer patients. Chambers wanted to have her immune-compromised cancer patients go to the overcrowded and filthy PCH for blood tests in the middle of a global pandemic! She is money-hungry and treats her patients poorly. Do not go to this "doctor".

Dr. Chambers has treated my sister when she had cancer and my husband with a blood disorder. We found her to be a caring, compassionate Dr. that answered our questions and took lots of time with us. She’s a very good Dr.

First off she can be very rude. Today went in for appointment. She discussed nothing at all with me. Nothing about my blood pressure nothing about how long I was going to be taking my oral medication or anything. She had me in and out in 5 minutes. Her attitude needs some adjustment today it wasn't very pleasant. Normally she usually discusses my blood pressure and several other things. But today she did none of this. So I was very surprised in the way she treated me today. And I definitely did not like it. The staff's attitude was not good ether. Whatever the problem is they need to straight out the problem. You're dealing with people lives and if you don't want to do it give it up or do better.

My mother has seen Dr. Chambers a few times and she is very polite and takes her time with us, as I go in with her being her caregiver and her daughter. My mother has memory issues so I must always be present. Well, the front staff here IS so unprofessional and extremely rude to me. I have come in with my mom been told I cannot come in. Told them why I must be there and they huff and puff about it. ...
