Worst doctor in princeton dont waste your time if your sick find another to busy too return patient calls that have been her patient for years.
I was a patient there and came down with covid I seen the PAs there and loved them. Seen Dr glasscock once she had no one in the office other than her. I was in a crisis we with covid and wanted a ct scan no one even the office staff would call me. I called 2 days in a row and their day the office staff wanted to argue and I told them I'm just sick needed help. They said go to the Er. I said I like to have a CT scan of my chest. They hung up and a week later I got a discharge from Dr glasscock stating she wouldn't see me anymore.and that I needed to seek help elsewhere. Not very good if you need help right away. I would not recommend anyone question why you didn't get a call back she will give ya the boot.
My mom is 84 yrs old and have sundowners dementia and anyone who knows anything about this dreadful disease, knows how it effects the patient to have changes. It disorients them for days. I wanted to be able to take her straight to the assisted living facility, immediately upon bringing her on a two day trip from WV to FL, to save her from being moved to my house, then moved again to the ALF. So, I faxed the form to Dr. Glasscock to be filled out prior to going to WV. I faxed the very short and simple form to be filled out on 11/18 and stated it was urgent for placing my mother in an ALF as soon as I could get her to Florida. We got to Princeton on the 11/19 and went straight by her office. After sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting, I was told that Dr. Glasscock had worked till 7 on 11/18 and she had not filed out my form. Then I was told she wasn't in the day I was there, which was Friday, so the form would not be touched until Monday 11/22/21 and by then, I had already made the trip back on on 11/20 without the form needed. I did get the from on 11/22/21, only after calling the office again and when the from was faxed to the facility, she stated my mother was bed ridden and needs assists with all daily functions, except eating. This was untrue. My mother uses a rollator, cane and sometimes holds onto the wall and furniture to get around, definitely not bed ridden. Needs assistance with other daily functions such as dressing, self-care, bathing, toileting and sometimes with ambulation and transferring, but as stated on the form I received, she needs total care and is bed ridden. I am still waiting for this form to be corrected. However, I took my mom to a new provider and got the form I needed filled out but it cause a lot of distress on my mom which was unnecessary. I am very dissatisfied with the concern this provider showed for the care and concern of my mother. It is totally unacceptable. Just to show I know how busy a doctors office can be, I work for a very large group of specialty physicians in their billing department and we have over 350 physicians who see and care for urgent needs in an urgent manners. So if you need urgency, do bother here, you won't get it.
I have been with these fine docs for about 20 years.. Dr. Glasscock and Kassie are the best ever..
I am trying to be confirmed as a NEW Patient. I have provided a list of medications that I am on. All of the medications on that list except for two are provided by two other doctors. However, I received a call denying my request due to the number of medications. I attempted to explain, but to no fault of the nurse on the phone, she was just relaying the message. I believe that for denial, should be given personally by the doctor or her PA, so if there is any questions or explanations that need to be given that information is given not through a 3rd person. PLEASE HELP.
Dr. G is the best. Her staff however is quite possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. The only reason people keep coming is because of her. Very long wait times, unreturned phone calls, no refills called in. You have to call for days before someone even picks up the phone. And when they do pick up, they will put you on hold for 15 minutes or until you have to hang up. I will be looking for someone ...
The best doctor ever.
Very Caring, They Always Take Time with you,
Dr Glasscock and Kassie are great but the other staff need attitude adjustment the staff think they are the doctors not the hired help they have the attitude that drives away patients
Dr. Glasscock is very concientious. She truly worries about her patients and wants the best for them. *She does not prescribe narcotics, so don't be upset when she refuses. It is simply her poliicy. (Laws and Ins.companies keep making it more and more difficult to treat patients individual needs.) She is very thorough and will consider your entire medical history, not just the current issue.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
