FINALLY!! A Medical facility that CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS in ALL aspects! A rare gem in today’s world :) The facility is very clean, ALL staff very friendly & caring, professional, skilled & committed to QUALITY. And then there’s DrNathaniel Linger..What a BLESSING!! I believe because he’s a WV native, he truly understands the people, communicates in such an easy manner &desires to bring high quality care to his patients!A friend referred me to this facility~both my husband& I would HIGHLY recommend to ALL!!

Went in as a walk-in patient to try to get a high blood pressure prescription refilled. Though I was successful in the endeavor thanks to the lovely Dr. Jenna, Community Care of West Virginia charged my insurance carrier Highmark $179 simply to have some life-saving pieces of paper written out. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic Oath?! There could be no greater act of white-collar highway robbery.

Very kind and caring Physicians, P.A.'s and Nurses. The reception staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Bright and sunny waiting room that is very clean as are the rooms. I live between Buckhannon and Elkins but choose to drive almost 40 minutes to the Rock Cave office because of their high standards.
