On this visit for heart testing waiting was minimal and the technician was wonderful. But, The idiocy of being asked to arrive 30 minutes early drives me crazy. Why not just make the appointment for 30 mins. earlier. The thing that really drives me nuts is the fox channel on the TV and the piles of religious tracts laying around. I don't go to a hospital to be preached at. It's completely inappropriate, thoroughly unwelcoming and unprofessional. Their are actually people around this area who are not Christian and are deeply offended. And, get rid of the bloody TV.

My 92 yr old aunt laid in bed in her room for hours at a time with no one checking on her and she wanted to eat but no one came in for her to even tell.

If I could leave less than a star I would. I waited OVER 9 hours in the waiting room. Watched countless people that came in AFTER me that I know could have gone to urgent care and didn't. One came in while I was 6 hours in and was admitted back in LESS than 2 hours, he had a UTI because I ASKED. I THOUGHT hospitals admitted back in accordance to severity. I don't do drugs and i dont go to hospitals unless I ABSOLUTLY feel something is wrong. So WHY OVER 9 HOURS? They weren't THAT busy for me to have had to have waited THAT long. I went to another facility. CMAC is garbage and since they took over its WORSE than ever. Go ANYWHERE other than here. Especially if you don't want to die. I watched a lady who couldn't even breathe wait as long as I did and like I said... if you don't want to die don't go here.

Asked to arrive by 8am for same day surgery, was taken back about 9, procedure didn't actually start until around noon, at no point was I ever given any information about my mother...I only knew she was in/out of surgery because I know someone who works here. There's a board with patient #'s and updates, when asked which # was my mother's I was told they didn't know as it had just came up? If no one knows than who is updating this list? Early on a nurse called with some questions and told me I could come back, when I approached the desk was drilled on who called because it wasn't them...you aren't guarding the white house this is same day surgery, you watched me bring her in and register her! I went to cafeteria for breakfast not really expecting much as it was 10 minutes before closing...had about a tbsp of scrambled eggs, a biscuit and a slice of bacon...$4.81!!...lunch time comes around I'm thinking ok it's a little expensive but at least I can get a meal.... WRONG...lunch is either baked or mashed potatoes with toppings of your choice, wouldn't really call that lunch but it's all that's available so ok...$11.89, I'm sorry but that is ridiculous!! You might as well be putting guns to our heads...people aren't coming here to dine, they're here because they have no choice and shouldn't have the added burden of being taking advantage of which I'm sorry that's all this is!! Never again!!

Been here for 2 hours and still can't get a doctor

I’f there was a button for zero stars I would’ve hit that, looking at the Facebook and how this establishment treated that woman is sickening, do better.

I had a horrible experience with the MRI department. I went tin for a pelvic MRI , 1st they were an 1&1/2 hours past my appointment. I think they actually had forgotten me , because I was called in right after I asked the desk lady how much longer. Then the MRI tech says pull your pants down to your knees and lie down. Never offered a gown or blanket to cover myself. Humiliating! When done he said pull up your pants and you can go, he didn’t even have the decency to turn around and watched me. I had a meeting with their Quality assurance person and head of radiology, asking only that the technician be given some sensitivity training. Nothing was done. My last MRI, I went to Lowmore VA, was treated with respect and dignity.

A woman told me to sit down when I was having involuntary body movements. They do very little testing. Very unkind. When I was a kid, I had to wait all night to be seen.
