Dr. Dilly was supposed to follow-up after an x-ray about ongoing neck pain I’d experienced for several months. After receiving word that the x-ray showed no issues with bones, I asked the nurse about the next step for treatment. Three weeks and two voicemails later, and I still have yet to hear from her. This was my first appointment with her and my last.
