Went there for an exam and pap, had not seen a Dr in 20 years. Suncevi have insurance thru affordable care act, yearly gyno visits are free. Dr stated I had a polyp that needed removed and wanted to remove it right then.I declined since I was not prepared for that. She said she had to take a sample and send to lab. She did, it was fine, but my lab bill was over $300 . For something I never asked for. She then said I needed a d&c, but gave no real reason. I asked if they were going to do urinalysis and she said "no, but we can get you in with a gp to do that". What? So I can be charged even more $? Not impressed and will never go to any dr at Greenbrier physicians ever again . What a scam!

Most painful pap smear every experienced in my entire life, I layer silently with tears streaming because she hurt me so bad. I didn't say anything because I just wanted it over. She is young and lacks experience.

I loved Having dr chaffin. She was so easy to talk to. As a teenage mom i sometimes Felt like other doctors thought i didnt Know what i was Taking about but dr chaffin always listened to my concerns and problems.

She is awful she done my exam and was suppose to come back to explain surgery and left me in the room for 2hours for me to find out that she had went home!!!
