My husband and I have seen Dr. Vess in the past and were satisfied. Today I was refused entrance to the examination room even with my husband’s consent. I spoke with the hospital administrator and was told Dr. Vess has the authority to accept or deny the spouse entrance. I do not at all understand how this is in the best interest of the patient. If given a satisfactory explanation or a change in procedure I will upgrade my rating. We are senior adults.

My experience was awful with this provider. It was terrible service from a medical professional! I even followed up with the clinic administrator about this incident. My advice issave your time. Find another orthopedic doctor who will at least listen to you and offer suggestions relevant to your situation.

My wife got a simple carpool tunnel surgery after she experienced a lot of issues worst then before so we went to another Docter snd they ran nerve test come to find out he didn’t even get it all out she is in worst shape now then before dont reccomend

My son fell an broke his arm at school after going to the ER thay recommended DR Vess. We didn’t even get to see the doctor he would not see us until he had the school’s insurance information. I offered to pay thay would not except unless I had insurance! He proved to me that he dose not care about his patients. he just cares about your money! I would not recommend!

Never got to see the doctor wouldn’t accept cash payment!? kept asking for insurance information an would not see us until we showed him. Overall I’m glad he didn’t see us only thing he cares about is MONEY! He dose not care about his patients feel sure of now

I recently had a total knee replacement by Dr. Vess. He could not have been more nice. He came in the pre-op room and prayed over me. I was truly impressed. His care was impeccable. I would recommend this wonderful man for any orthopedic procedures you might need. God bless him and his staff.

In 2014, I went to dr vess for an ACL repair. After wasting $50 copay for a visit, he informed me he couldn’t perform the surgery and referred me to another surgeon. After a car accident I’m having issues with the same knee, unrelated to the ACL. My original surgeon has moved away and doesn’t take my insurance. I asked Dr vess if he would look at my knee, and even gave him the notes and mri proving the ACL is intact. He denied me. I got a referral from my pcp, and was still denied. Had he known how to do his job in the first place I would’ve never been sent to another special in the first place.
