I hoped for more than a Dr. who didn’t listen. I needed relief. I left frustrated, filled with hopelessness. I get clusters of pinhead blisters that turn to large scabs anytime I’m in the sun, and wherever the sun touches. What previous Dr.’s already diagnosed in 2 other states, Dr. Cook diagnosed as “acne”. He also told me he doesn’t believe I have Sjogrens, which I’ve been seen for many years for. I had surgery on my tear ducts because my eyes held no moisture. Dr. Cook performed no tests before his “diagnosis ” snd “undiagnosis” and was in and out in a flash with little concern for me or what I needed. He did order a biopsy which I will be canceling, mostly because I don’t trust he’s a Dr. that cares about me. I give 2 stars instead of one only because his nurse treated me with kindness, empathy and respect. I’d give a 5 if I we’re reviewing her. Frustrating and offensive experience that made me decide to give up on seeking help.

My husband and I both go to him and our daughter too. He found melanoma on our daughter 1st visit and it wasn't even the place she was concerned about. We are so thankful that he spotted it. He explains things well and makes sure all your questions have been answered before you leave. Staff and doctor is super friendly and he sees his patients on time, which is rare for most doctors. Definitely would recommend!

Dr Cook is an excellent Dermatologist. I have been to other dermatology clinics but was only allowed to see the P.A. I had bad eczema on my hands and fingers and I could never get any relief. So I quit going there and started going to Dr. Shane Cook .Dr Cook sees you, not a PA. He has been the only one who has helped. He listened to my concerns and he took them seriously. My eczema has cleared up a lot. I do not have sores all over my hands and fingers now. He has made such a huge difference in my quality of life. I won't go to any other dermatologist.
