****Update*** They keep cards on file and will charge them without consent or letting you know there’s a balance owing. I had to call and complain today for an unauthorized charge they did with no explanation. Be cautious they don’t tell you this when you go in and pay. They are making it right by refunding but many people don’t have the extra money sitting in their account to cover spontaneous deductions. This was the quickest easiest visit to an urgent care facility I’ve ever received. We travel full time and this was a very clean and professional experience plus right in and out in no time.

Very friendly staff, unlike any similar place I've been in a larger city. They made my visit enjoyable and I think other similar clinics could use them as an example of how to treat patients. Thank you!

Even tho the waiting room was packed, my wait was maybe 30 minutes. And it's like that every time I've had to go there or taken someone else there as well. Staff are always polite, professional, and to the point. I'd highly recommend MedExpress for a quick and accurate diagnosis.

WORST experience ever. The provider was unpleasant and condescending. It was a total waste of 2 hours. We had to Google the diagnosis, because she provided no information.

I talked with my Aetna insurance and they said I'm completely covered at urgent cares. I called urgent care in Summersville and said I'd be in for IV fluids due to dehydration. When I got to urgent care, the girl had trouble running my card, said she had trouble with an Aetna one this morning too. I sat down and within 15 minutes she called me up. She said she had to collect a sixty dollar co-pay. I left, called Aetna again and SECOND person checked my insurance. She also said I have a ZERO dollar co-pay for urgent care facilities. When I called Urgent care back the girl "said if I run it tomorrow and it shows $60 I would have to pay it. When I asked her if someone could call my insurance, she said "if we can get hold of them". So meanwhile I'm staying dehydrated. Hopefully LAST time I have to deal with the Medx Urgent Care in Summersville.
