I normally go to a clinic in Nicholas County, however last weekend, I missed getting there before they closed. This place was still open so I drove all the way over to keep from having to go to an ER. I had a sinus infection that was draining down my throat making me cough and they didn't give me any antibiotics but told me to use Mucinex. I ended up having to go to my normal clinic in Nicholas County the next day to get treated accurately and get antibiotics to clear it up. All better now no thanks to this place. What should have cost me a one time co pay, ended up costing me double. However, it was the questions they had me fill out on a tablet that has me the most upset. Very inaccurate and misleading information with no way of correcting or inserting the correct information since it's all electronic. It didn't apply to me in any way shape or form and instead of having the option of does not apply, you had to pick no for the answer which in turn makes it sound like it applied at one point but doesn't now. These are medical records and should NOT contain ANY INACCURATE information. After all, it is our life they are messing with. I'm 52 years old, mother of two and I have never had to fill out questions like this before to be seen by a Dr (or in this case, I don't even think she was a Dr.) I will be seeking advise on having it removed from my records altogether and I will not ever go back here. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you just want someone nice to talk to. If you want to be treated accurately and have accurate information in your medical records, I would suggest you go somewhere else.
10/16/21: Was refused and denied covid testing after 2 other family members tested positive. Was told by staff to quarantine with positive tested family!10/18/21; after getting tested, my results were negative! They told and directed a non-infected person to quarantine with infected people! You should seek medical attention and advice from someone or somewhere else!
If you need to be seen in a hurry or even just a decent waiting time, this isn't the place for you. We had to wait 4 hours to be seen. Some people had been there since 10 and didn't get seen til 3!!! I spoke with regular patients there and they said waiting for hours was normal here. I learnt!! 😆I will say though, once we finally did get seen the nurse was super sweet and friendly and the doctor was VERY down to earth and easy to talk to. If the wait hadn't been SO LONG I would have given them a 5 star.
Literally the worst attention spans, I walked in and was seated over an hour , signed my name on the clipboard and still was never acknowledged. Can't miss me either, neon pants and I'm 6'2"
The NP Katie who works here is beyond amazing. She’s so kind and caring for her patients, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Very competent health care provider.
Bad experience. Dr S. Miller will not prescribe any antibiotics when sick. She says drink Gatorade & take mucinex(which mucinex wasn’t helping). Had to go to another dr which did prescribe antibiocs & fix the health issue. She has done this multiple times & never helps us. 👎🏼
I like care express because it's fast to be seen for minor things. However, they are limited. They cannot do imaging there. The place is neat and clean and most staff is friendly.
Great !! Husband can't axcess patient portal ! Keeps messing up !!
The experience with staff and medical personnel was great, everyone was kind and had great interpersonal skills. My only problem is follow through...I have been sitting at home waiting to here that my pharmacist has filled my prescription for the past 6hrs only to call the pharmacy to find out it was never received. When I called Community Care about it they insisted it had been sent, but they would send it again. This is not meant to be a negative review, because the service was pretty good. My only gripe is the follow through getting my prescription sent over to my pharmacy in a timely manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
