Great experience. Dr. Michael Beane is very personable and took his time talking with me. Was able to diagnose my condition and get me the help I needed. All the staff were friendly and professional. It is great to have a place one can trust, as well as timely access.

I’m a resident of California, so becoming ill in WV was concerning. I’m glad I picked MedExpress Urgent Care. I walked in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional. Within an hour I was home with meds, and on the road to recovery. I know where to go if it ever happens again.

Most recently, it was reassuring to have a competent, caring team helping me with a miserable ear problem. Dr. Bean was positive and knowledgeable and the nurses experienced and caring. And, the facility is spotless. My husband and I have great confidence in MedExpress and go there whenever necessary

I have really bad anxiety and get so nervous about going anywhere unfamiliar. The staff and Dr. Beane have been so kind both times I’ve had to visit MedExpress. Plus the text messages about my prescription are very informative and helpful. I wish there was an option higher than five stars!
