Not sure what the doctors name was but I’ll find out. Very condescending and tried gaslighting me into feeling silly for thinking I had covid minutes before I demanded a rapid test and it came back positive. Doctor was impatient and rude, and he DID NOT offer my mother with CHF antibodies to fight against covid after two of her daughters had it and she’s been exposed, making her more than qualified since she was showing symptoms as well. They still denied her because of a negative rapid test (the doctor himself saying those aren’t accurate). Terrible doctor. Not actually considerate of the patients.

Definitely managed and run by antivax and covid non believers.The doctors and staff will gaslight you into oblivion if you think you have covid symptoms. If this is how all the small town doctors offices in WV are with covid its no wonder we're averaging 5k new cases per day.They gaslight people into thinking they're okay then they go and spread it.Terrible place that should have their licensing striped.

Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. I checked in with a suspected inner ear infection, vertigo and severe nausea. All four people who were there before me AND the six people who came AFTER me were all seen, treated and left with me still sitting there patiently. They were all minor colds and sport medicine physicals. A final patient came in obviously looking for narcotics and only waited a few minutes before being seen. I walked out after over 2 hours. I’ll go to Tractor Supply and get some livestock penicillin.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

Everyone I met at community care was very friendly. They didn't have me wait too long. I was very pleased with the level of service and got the impression they actually cared about me. They even have a pharmacy onsite which made it a breeze.

What a joke. I called asking for more information about the COVID rapid test, the secretary was rude and actually hung up on me!!! I guess she thinks COVID is not serious. What a time to not take patients seriously! I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Dr.Sifford is very rude and won’t listen to a word you are saying. She won’t take the time to actually listen to your concerns and issues. She is too focused on getting in and out. I’m switching drs immediately to someone who feels they actually care and listen to what I have to say.
